From the age of 4 years old I have been an athlete.  I wrestled until age 18, played baseball for 9 years, diving and swimming for 6 years, football for 4, and soccer for 26 years.  I played soccer throughout my life.  I played competitively on the collegiate level and on to the semi-pro level, where a devastating motorcycle accident left me with numerous broken bones including a broken back.  Two vertebrate in my lower back had been fractured.  I fully recovered from this accident but the journey was long and enduring.  I have fluctuated between 189 lbs. and 210 lbs.  for the past 10 years.

Today I am an avid mountain biker who enjoys cross-country riding as well as the ever thrilling, adrenaline pumping and obstacle eluring detail of downhilling.  I also continue to play soccer whenever the chance permits, just not on the competitive level of years past.  I workout about 5 to 6 days a week at a gym, and enjoy every minute of it.

At Ramapo College of New Jersey, I studied for 4 years with concentrations in  Bio-Chemistry and History.  I graduated in  the year 2000 with two Bachelor's..  For the next 7 years I worked for a Bakery as a Route Manager.  In 2008, I returned to achedemics where I completed my Certification in Nutrition.  I am currently a Certified Nutritionist, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer.  I completed both these Certifications in the 98th percentile with near perfect scores.  I also have Certifications in Pilates, Aerobics, and Yoga.  These last three were the result of me wanting to be the most well-rounded trainer and nutritionist for my clients.  My education and knowledge is solely to your benefit.
