Boot Camp:  My favorite of programs.  This is an intense program designed for extreme results.  This program utilizes many forms of fitness and instruction.  I am with you every step of the way...motivating you, pushing you.  Your body will look and feel amazing.  This program comes with a Nutritional Analysis and diet guidelines.  Your progress will be monitored and documented each step of the way.  The program requires an enrollment of six weeks.  Packages are  purchased in six week intervals.  Sessions are 3 to 5 meetings per week.  To fully reap the benefits of this program you need 5 days of supervised training with two days of rest per week.  Sessions are either 30 mins., 45 mins., or 1 hour.  Optimal reults require 45 minute sessions. 

Weight Loss:  This is a program designed for weight loss and body composition.  You will also recieve a Nutritional Analysis and your progress will be documented on a weekly basis.  This is a great program for those interested in shedding excess body fat and at the same time increasing lean muscle mass.  Intensities differ from person to person, as well as from your expectations.  Goals are set and met with confidence.  Sessions are 30 min., 45 min., and 1 hour.  2 days minimum per week to a maximum of 5.  Duration is up to you.  Rates are 65/hour, 55/45 minutes, 45/half-hour.  All programs are available with "Buddy-package".  Bring a friend for a reduced rate.  1 Hour session with a friend is 100.00.  45 minute sessions with a friend are 85.00.  Optimal results are achieved with as little as three sessions weekly.  Weekend rates are available upon request.

Other packages available are Pre-event, such as weddings and reunions, "Dream body", Pre and Post-natal workouts, and instructional workout programs.  Rates are as follows:

1 hour:  70.00

45 minutes:  60.00

30 minutes:  50.00

1 hour with a friend:  100.00

45 minutes with a friend:  85.00

30 minutes with a friend: 75.00

Cancellations of appointments need 24 hour notice.  Boot Camp program is sensitive to cancellations due to its design.  All workout programs come with a Nutritional Analysis and Diet Guideline for you to follow so that your results will be maximized. Your diet regimen is designed according to many factor's such as body composition, weight goals, metabolism speed and sensitivity, among other's.  I create and design all diets for each client.  There are no cut and paste diets used in my programs. 

Hours of operation are dependant upon your schedule.  I will meet almost any time of the day or late evening.  Please call with any scheduling questions.
